Report a Concern

Students or parents in the school community can anonymously submit any suspicious activity, bullying or other student related issues to a school administrator(s). We encourage you to report important issues. Once you complete the contact form below, you will receive a confirmation that your information has been submitted to the school district.

The Nooksack Valley School District prohibits bullying in any form on school property, in a school vehicle, or at a school-sponsored activity or event.

"Bullying" means:
Any intentional gesture or written, verbal, physical, or electronic act or threat that is severe and/or persistent (it happens more than once). It creates an intimidating, threatening or abusive educational environment for a student or staff member that will potentially have the effect of:

1. Harming a student or staff member, whether physically or mentally;
2. Damaging a student's or staff member's property;
3. Placing the student or staff member in reasonable fear of harm to the student or staff member.

All School Districts are required by Federal Law to protect the privacy rights of students under the age of 18.
