FFA

The National FFA Organization is a dynamic, school-based youth leadership and career development organization focused on agriculture, food, and natural resources. At Nooksack Valley, anyone in grades 9-12 can sign up and participate. 

Nooksack Valley FFA participates in community service projects, a variety of career development events at the state level, chapter and member development events, trapshooting, fundraising and a variety of livestock shows and events. 

What FFA Stands For: Originally named the Future Farmers of America, the organization changed its name in 1988 to reflect the expanding and diverse nature of agricultural science, business, and technology. 

FFA Mission: To develop premier leadership, personal growth, and career success through agricultural education.
